About the Role
Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Assistant to support students within a welcoming secondary school on the Wirral. This rewarding role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about promoting student wellbeing, improving attendance, supporting behaviour, and helping young people overcome barriers to learning.
Working closely with the school’s pastoral and safeguarding teams, you will provide emotional and behavioural support to students, helping them develop resilience, confidence, and positive relationships. Pastoral Assistants play a key role in ensuring pupils feel safe, supported, and ready to engage with education.
