Job Summary
The Passenger Departure Officer will be responsible for managing departure operations, ensuring smooth passenger processing, boarding compliance, and on-time flight departures.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor check-in and boarding activities.
* Ensure accurate passenger documentation verification.
* Coordinate with airline and airport stakeholders.
* Manage departure control system (DCS) activities.
* Handle boarding discrepancies and last-minute operational changes.
* Ensure compliance with airline and airport procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of passenger handling or departure control experience
- Knowledge of DCS systems preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
