ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Ecommerce Accountant who has deep expertise in QuickBooks and ecommerce accounting. This role will be responsible for cleaning up our existing books, making necessary adjusting journal entries, ensuring all integrations are working correctly, and managing our accounting on an ongoing basis.
Our business operates on Shopify and integrates with numerous third-party platforms through Webgility. We need someone who understands how ecommerce transactions flow from multiple systems into QuickBooks and can identify, troubleshoot, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
