Parts Sales Executive

To drive spare parts sales by providing accurate parts identification, technical support, and responsive customer service. The role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer and workshop inquiries, identify required spare parts, and provide accurate technical support using Parts Catalogs, EPC systems, and available technical references.
• Prepare quotations, follow up offers, support negotiations, and ensure alignment with company pricing and profitability guidelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, workshops, fleet owners, and commercial accounts.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and stock control teams to ensure parts availability and timely delivery.
