Job Description
- Manage spare parts inventory by maintaining optimal stock levels, preparing monthly demand forecasts, and developing procurement plans to ensure continuous parts availability.
- Coordinate dealer spare parts orders, arrange timely deliveries, monitor order progress, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Oversee self-operated spare parts inventory, including requisitions, internal consumption, and accurate stock movement records.
- Support spare parts sales operations by maintaining accurate sales documentation and ensuring timely collection of customer payments.
- Conduct regular inventory stock counts, investigate stock discrepancies and slow-moving inventory, and implement corrective and preventive measures. Prepare monthly spare parts commission reports for the Sales, Service, and Parts departments to support payroll process...
