Parts Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the Parts Department Drive parts sales, gross profit, and departmental performance Lead, coach, and motivate the parts team Maintain effective inventory control and minimise obsolete stock Ensure accurate ordering, receipting, issuing, and stock control Build strong relationships with workshop, retail, wholesale customers, and suppliers Conduct stock takes and ensure compliance with company standards Monitor departmental performance and achieve monthly targets Key Competencies: Strong leadership and people management skills Sales-driven with a focus on profitability Excellent organisational and communication skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced automotive environment
