Overview

The Inventory Parts Clerk supports flour production operations by ensuring all spare parts and production components are accurately tracked, stored, ordered and delivered to the appropriate departments or department leads. This role is essential for minimizing equipment downtime, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, and supporting continuous production flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts for accuracy. Deliver to the correct location and ensure accuracy in the parts tracking software.
• Record inventory transactions including receiving, transferring, or other dispositioning of parts in the CMMS system with high accuracy.
• Store parts in designated, sanitary locations following food safety and electrical guidelines.
