The Parts CSR and Dispatch position covers two parts of the job for Performance Auto Group's Aftersales and Wholesale Distribution team.

The first is Muskoka region parts dispatch and coordination: planning, dispatching, and coordinating parts delivery across the Muskoka region, reporting to the Logistics Operations Manager. This is the core of the role.

The second is Parts CSR, customer support and lead follow-up: acting as a friendly point of contact for parts customers, following up on backorders and inquiries, and funnelling orders to the right dealership for fulfillment, on a dotted line to the Aftersales Accounts and Operations Manager.
