Partnerships & Clinical Operations Lead

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD invites a contract-role to actively manage insurance and third party administrator partners, including direct billing agreements and recontracting.

You will coordinate partner events, support pre-authorization with clinical ops, resolve patient feedback escalations with PLC/SOC, drive empanelment of clinicians, and promote awareness of 7 ICAs through decks and public engagements. You will also analyze and report partner performance across SOC FV/EL/DS metrics.
