Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing Manager

Location: Remote 

Position Summary

The Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, and growth of the company's partnership ecosystem. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and optimizing relationships with influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, creators, strategic partners, and referral partners to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

This person will serve as the primary owner of our affiliate platform (Impact.com), creator partnerships, ambassador program, user-generated content (UGC) initiatives, and partner communications, while collaborating closely with Marketing, Growth, Customer Experience, and Creative teams.
