Own the market entry strategy & execution: Design, implement, and adapt the general GTM plan to achieve sustainable growth locally.
Build the market from scratch: Identify, recruit, and activate partners while laying down the foundations for a scalable local presence.
Develop partnerships & relationships: Establish strong, trust‑based relationships with HR tech partners, resellers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
Act as the face of Factorial: Represent the company in local events, networks, and with partners, becoming the go‑to person for all things.
