Factorial is looking for a Country Manager for Central‑East Europe to lead the launch and growth in this new market. The position is available in Barcelona or Warsaw. Responsibilities Own the market entry strategy & execution: Design, implement, and adapt the general GTM plan to achieve sustainable growth locally. Build the market from scratch: Identify, recruit, and activate partners while laying down the foundations for a scalable local presence. Develop partnerships & relationships: Establish strong, trust‑based relationships with HR tech partners, resellers, consultants, and other key stakeholders. Act as the face of Factorial: Represent the company in local events, networks, and with partners, becoming the go‑to person for all things.
