Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Channel Partners
- Develop and grow strategic relationships with partners
- Build and automate repeatable processes to support scalable partnerships
- Monitor Channel Partner performance and provide monthly reporting on activity and pipeline
- Identify new opportunities for upselling and market share expansion
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking, reporting, and communication
- Collaborate with VPs to address market-specific challenges
Requirements
- 2+ years of Account Management or Sales Management experience
- Experience in remote or inside sales environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage and report using dashboards and performance metrics
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
