The **Technical Assistance and Operations Specialist** serves as a key member of the project team, supporting both project operations and TA delivery activities. The role combines project coordination, knowledge management, training support, quality assurance, facilitation, and administrative functions with direct support for universal and individualized technical assistance activities.
