This relief position requires a registered Social Worker (MSW) to cover until the incumbent returns. You will engage with a dedicated Quick Response Team alongside Nursing and Occupational Therapy professionals. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients

Requirements:
