Part-Time Roving Condo Manager/Property Officer

We are looking for a Part-Time Roving Condo Manager/Property Officer to provide operational support across multiple condominium sites. The role involves assisting with daily estate management duties, covering manpower gaps, and ensuring smooth site operations.

• Provide relief coverage across various condominium sites as assigned
• Assist in daily estate operations and ensure smooth running of the site
• Attend to residents’ feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers on maintenance works
• Carry out routine site inspections and report any defects or issues
• Assist in administrative duties, including documentation and filing
• Support handover/takeover processes when required
• Liaise with Management Council members when necessary
• Ensure compliance with site procedures and management policies
