Part-Time Retail Sales and Customer Service Associate

Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Part-Time Retail Sales and Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining customer services as per company standard, generating money transfer transactions, cash register operations and loss prevention in adherence to store standards, company policies and front desk procedures. Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring that all transactions are performed in accordance with our compliance rules and you will professionally deal with customers inquiries in a timely manner.

Welcoming customers, providing them with guidance & help in processing their transactions.

Cash handling and maintaining cash register operations including reports using MS Office tools.

Work collaboratively with a supportive team to meet operational and performance targets.

Role Requirements

0-2 yrs of customer service experience (preferably in financial services or retail).

Experience in cash management is preferred.
