As a Registered Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and ensure residents receive quality care and medication administration in compliance with health standards. Your experience with seniors and strong communication skills will be vital in assessing residents’ needs and collaborating with unregulated care providers. You will also be instrumental in coaching other nursing staff to enhance care quality.
Key Responsibilities:
