Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement daily recreational activities for residents
• Create engaging spaces that promote participation
• Communicate regularly with residents, families, and volunteers
• Observe and document residents’ engagement and progress
• Support inter-departmental efforts for meaningful resident experiences
Requirements:
• Experience working with seniors in long-term care
