We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to support our team onsite. This role is ideal for someone with prior office experience who is looking for a steady part-time schedule and enjoys working in a professional environment. Schedule:
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM and every other Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities:
+ Greet visitors and provide excellent front desk support
+ Manage resident packages and deliveries
+ Assist with general office and administrative tasks
+ Maintain a professional and welcoming environment
Requirements
+ Great communication skills
+ Experience managing resident packages
+ No issues navigating throughout the building
+ Seeking part-time employment
+ Comfortable working onsite and has reliable transportation
