We are looking for a **Part-Time Photo Editor** (~29 hours per week) to join the New York Post team. The New York Post’s Photo Department is integral to our fast-paced newsroom, working across platforms to enhance storytelling with compelling and timely imagery. Our editors are visual journalists with sharp editorial instincts and a keen sense for what resonates with readers.
Reporting into the Photo Director, this role will be a key part of the visuals team, helping shape how stories are told across our digital platforms. The Photo Editor will react quickly to breaking news, source compelling imagery, and collaborate closely with editors and reporters to ensure our coverage is visually engaging, accurate, and timely.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Produce fast visual coverage on live breaking news and trending stories.
+ Fulfill photo requests to produce high quality assets for digital and print needs.
