Part-Time HR Generalist Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Part‑Time HR Generalist Consultant to support the delivery of HR operations and provide expertise across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, HR best practices, and end‑to‑end human resources management.

The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational HR support, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, and continuous improvement while working collaboratively with the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and provide HRIS administration support, including BambooHR.
