Part-Time Hospital Call Centre Operator — Multitask & Calm

Nelson Marlborough Health in Nelson Hospital is seeking a friendly Telephone Operator for our busy 24/7 call centre. The permanent part-time role (36 hours per fortnight, 0.45 FTE) involves answering phones, after-hours reception duties, and interacting with patients, visitors and staff.

You should be organized, able to multitask, and maintain composure under pressure. Intermediate computer skills are preferred, and training will be provided if you lack switchboard experience.
