Part-Time Guidance Counsellor: Elevate Student Wellbeing

Kāpiti College seeks a dedicated and compassionate guidance counsellor to join our strong counselling team at a 0.5 (part-time) basis. You will provide private counselling to students in Years 9–13 and support wellbeing, resilience, and positive relationships across the school community.

You will collaborate with staff, whānau, and external agencies to promote inclusive learning environments and student thriving both inside and outside the classroom.
