Role Description

The Part 3 Project Architect will lead the development and delivery of architectural projects, coordinating design, documentation, and technical detailing from concept through construction. This full-time, on-site role in WP, Kuala Lumpur involves managing project workflows, reviewing submittals, liaising with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability guidelines. The Project Architect will oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, support quality control of drawings and specifications, and contribute to design reviews and client presentations.
