This position performs carpentry duties in the construction, repair, and maintenance of parks facilities.

MAJOR DUTIES

  • Plans, builds, maintains, and repairs concession stands, shade structures, storage buildings, playground equipment, etc.
  • Performs carpentry construction and repair on other city buildings and facilities.
  • Repairs furniture, replaces doors, and windows, installs drop ceilings, etc.
  • Remodels bathrooms and offices.
  • Requisitions supplies and materials.
  • Installs and repairs fencing.
