Parent Experience Concierge

EXPLORER ACADEMY LEARNING GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Care Executive to be the first impression for families visiting our centres in Singapore. You will greet parents, answer questions on timings and logistics, drive trial bookings, and support seamless class operations.

This role suits someone who enjoys kids, thrives in a busy environment, and communicates warmly in English. Weekend shifts apply; long-term commitment is preferred.
