Paraprofessional - Full-Time

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a full-time Paraprofessional / Dedicated Aide to provide in-person services for a school-aged student. This position is for the Extended School Year (ESY) and the 2026-2027 school year.

Paraprofessional/ Dedicated Aide Salary Range: $30-$35 per hour

Paraprofessional/ Dedicated Aide Case Details: 

This one-to-one assignment involves supporting an 11-year-old student with significant physical and personal care needs in a school setting. The student uses a wheelchair and requires assistance with transfers, toileting, and daily mobility throughout the school day.
