Based in Melbourne’s CBD, this Paraplanner position supports the Advice team by producing Statements of Advice (SOAs) and strengthening the consistency and efficiency of the advice production process. Key Responsibilities

• Complete Statements of Advice (SOAs) to a high standard of quality, compliance, and consistency
• Support strategy analysis including product cost comparisons and capital projections to strengthen advice documentation
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure all SOA production data in the CRM is kept precise and up to date
• Respond to SOA requests in a professional, timely manner and liaise with Advisers and Associate Advisers (AAs) where required
