Responsibilities
- Support legal and strategic initiatives related to international trade, including antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) matters and trade remedy proceedings
- Assist with customs compliance, including classification, valuation, and trade remedy proceedings
- Support compliance with forced labor regulations, including obligations under the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA)
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments related to energy policy, trade policy, and manufacturing incentives
