Paralegal

Description We are looking for a Paralegal to join a plaintiff personal injury practice in Tampa, Florida on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent role. This position supports attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, from early pleadings and discovery through mediation, hearings, and trial. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Florida personal injury matters, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare initial pleadings for personal injury cases, including complaints and early case disclosures.
• Manage written discovery by creating outgoing requests and drafting responses to incoming discovery and expert-related materials.
• Develop follow-up correspondence and court filings when discovery obligations are not met, including good faith communications and motions seeking compliance.
