Jointly established by Hartree Partners, CATL and Cathay Fortune Corporation and headquartered in Singapore, CHC is a leading Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) project development company.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and review range of early-stage commercial agreements, including NDAs, MOUs and LOIs.
- Assist in preparation of legal contracts and documents as instructed by the supervising counsel.
- Conducting legal research as may be required by the legal team.
- Responsible for assisting with corporate governance duties in relation to various corporate entities, including: a) Taking and drafting of Board notice, agenda, minutes b) Preparing and filing required notifications relating to change of directors and other relevant information; c) Preparing documents in relation to filing of annual returns and AGMs and liaising with the internal stakeholders and third-party service providers as necessary.
