Job Summary

Introductory paralegal position assisting corporate attorneys with legal tasks and activities to support and protect the organization.

What You Will Do

• Assisting corporate legal attorneys in resolving routine legal issues.
• Conducting legal tasks, such as research and drafting, under the supervision of corporate legal attorneys.
• Maintaining repositories of legal documentation and procedures.
• Collecting law sources for attorneys such as statutes, regulations, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles and legal codes for preparation of legal documents, such as pleadings, appeals, contracts, legal opinions, etc.
• Coordination of activities with multiple departments, notary services, and internal controls; preparation of complex documentation and reports; organization and control of multiple data; coordination of corporate governance activities and documentation.
