We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a leading Dubai-based real estate and property development company. The role involves supporting legal operations across company incorporation, contract management, regulatory compliance, and real estate legal matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of UAE corporate and real estate law.

• Assist Legal Counsel with daily legal tasks, case preparation, and drafting legal documents.
• Support company incorporation across the UAE, including:
  • Drafting Memorandum of Association (MOA)
  • Drafting Articles of Association (AOA)
  • Completing registration processes
