SUMMARY OF THE JOB:



Office of General Counsel seeks to add an experienced paralegal to our team to provide in-house legal support to the areas with a primary focus on subpoena processing and other enterprise activities.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


+ Manage the intake, review, and response to legal requests such as subpoenas and investigative demands. Ensure legal compliance, coordinate records retrieval, and protect business interests by evaluating the validity of court orders under attorney supervision.
