Paralegal

This is a career opportunity to work for an independent legal firm with a good reach of clients across the City and this role will give you client exposure from the date of joining, where you will support the fee earners across a mixed caseload of interesting commercial clients.

Working in a team you will support on researching and drafting agreements across a number of legal matters including:

Commercial contracts
Shareholder agreements
Mergers and Acquisitions
Buy-outs and takeovers
Joint ventures and strategic alliances
Equity financing/borrowing/Lending
Start-ups
Restructures
