• Review and evaluate land control instruments, including deeds, ground leases, rights of way, and easement agreements for term, exclusivity, and conveyance terms.
• Identify deficiencies, gaps, and execution issues across site control documentation packages.
• Organize and structure findings into clear, standardized formats suitable for senior legal review.
• Support due diligence workflows by processing and annotating land and real estate documents.
• Flag non-compliant or incomplete filings based on project and regulatory requirements.
