**Shift:** Trainees will work and train on 1st Shift but once the program is completed they could go to any shift.

The Industrial Mechanic Technician Trainee program will combine formal and on-the-job training (OJT) to prepare individuals for advancement opportunities as an Industrial Mechanic Technician.
