Paiza Guest Experience Concierge

605 Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd is seeking a Paiza Guest Assistant to provide excellent service to Paiza guests at Marina Bay Sands. Responsibilities include managing guest requests, conducting tours, and assisting with membership programs.

The ideal candidate should have a diploma in hospitality or a related field and be fluent in Mandarin and English. Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Various shift work is expected, including weekends and public holidays.
