Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all paint shop activities, including loading and unloading of parts, to meet production schedulesLead, supervise, and motivate a team of paint shop operatives to achieve output and quality targetsMonitor team performance and provide coaching to drive continuous improvementEnsure all work is completed safely and in line with company health & safety policies and PPE requirementsMaintain high standards of workmanship and ensure tasks are completed within target timesApprove and review team timesheets, ensuring accuracy at the end of each shiftWork closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and optimise machine/labour hoursEnsure all equipment servicing and maintenance is carried out and recordedManage storage and organisation of completed parts, including yard coordinationRequirements
