Position Summary:
This position is responsible for applying paint, lacquer or other coatings to various surfaces and hanging wallpaper.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
+ Performs interior commercial painting, staining and varnishing using brushes and rollers
+ Hangs and repairs vinyl wallpaper
+ Repairs surfaces to be painted including plastering and sheetrock finishing
+ Erects scaffolding, movable and immovable staging and various rigging to gain access to difficult areas
