Painter / Spray Painter

Responsibilities

• Execute precise application of paints, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to achieve superior aesthetic and protective results.
• Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming to ensure optimal adhesion and a flawless final appearance.
• Safely operate and maintain spray painting equipment, including airless sprayers and HVLP systems, for efficient and high-quality application.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in painting or a related trade is advantageous.
• Demonstrates 2+ years of hands‑on experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting environments.
• Experience with spray‑painting equipment and finishing processes is an advantage.
