We are currently looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a local council team working across social housing properties in Nottinghamshire. This is an ongoing contract offering consistent work andpetitive hourly rates.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating works, alongside supporting damp and mould treatment programmes within occupied and void properties.

Your new role

Carrying out internal and external painting and decorating works

Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming

Treatment and prevention of damp and mould issues

Working within occupied and vacant social housing properties

Ensuring all work ispleted to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
