Painter (Local 95 Union)

_**This position will work under the local 95 union_

Purpose:
The painter will mix and apply paint provided by using brush, roller or spray. Must be able to finish drywall and perform plaster related repairs at industry standard production levels. Perform inspections of fire separation and fire stopping. Install and repair fire stopping at UL standards and certify their own installations.

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for setting-up appropriate level of infection control containment (ICRA) based on risk level and maintaining the integrity of that containment.
+ Perform minor repair jobs on walls before painting Perform masonry repairs as needed
+ Perform all work following infection control procedures
+ Refinish furniture, stain, lacquer, paint, and polish
+ Order material necessary for any job
