Painter & Decorator (40 hours per week, permanent, 29642.68 - 30785.04 per annum)

Position

BCHA is seeking a dedicated Painter and Decorator to assist in planned works aimed at ensuring our customers have welcoming and comfortable living environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting and decorating tasks in accordance with planned maintenance schedules.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary.
• Select appropriate materials and colors for each project.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a painter and decorator, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
