Role: Paint Sprayer (Back Shift)

Salary: £Competitive

Location: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, (DE13 8EN)

Hours: Monday to Thursday 2.30pm to 1.00am, 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Perm

We are looking for an experienced Painter to apply paint to a high level of finish to parts under refurbishment.

What you will be doing

• Ensure quality requirements are met by working to technical documents and work instructions.
• Adapting to a variety of tasks, which could include cleaning equipment, mixing paint and other general duties as required in order to assist either LH personnel or any of the various business units on site.
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops to increase efficiency within the company. Utilize CI tools such as 5S to improve flow and workplace layout.
