This role supports a high-performance industrial painting operation by performing detailed paint preparation and basic painting tasks on HVAC components and related systems. You will work closely with experienced painters to ensure surfaces are properly prepared, coatings are correctly applied, and finished products meet strict quality and durability standards in a modern, clean, and air-conditioned manufacturing facility.

+ Support the painting team by performing basic preparation duties, including masking, taping, sanding, finishing, deburring, and basic paint work.
+ Inspect HVAC components and systems to determine the best approach for painting, including appropriate surface preparation, coating selection, and application techniques.
+ Perform complex painting tasks such as intricate detailing, application of high-durability coatings, and protective finishes as directed.
