The Opportunity: We’re hiring a Paid Media Strategist to own the full creative + performance cycle - from ideas and hooks to testing, iteration, and scaling. You’ll work hands-on across Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube (Tik Tok/You Tube experience is a strong plus), turning performance data into better ads. This role blends creative thinking with data-driven execution.
