• Employment Type: Fixed-Term until 30 June 2027, Part-Time (7.6 hours a week)

About the role

Join Western Health’s Pathway to Good Health program and help improve health outcomes for children and young people in Out of Home Care (OOHC).

This rewarding role combines paediatric speech pathology practice with multidisciplinary care coordination, health assessment and advocacy. You will work closely with children, carers, families and partner organisations to identify needs, reduce barriers to care and support positive developmental outcomes.
