Are you an experienced Children's Nurse looking to step into a leadership role where you can genuinely influence the growth of a high-quality community complex care service?
We are recruiting for a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join an Outstanding CQC-rated, nurse-led complex care provider delivering specialist care to children with complex clinical needs in their own homes. Covering Kent, Surrey and Sussex, this is a genuine growth opportunity where you'll initially manage a small caseload of up to five community packages, allowing you the time to build strong clinical relationships while supporting the continued expansion of the service.
This hybrid role offers two days working from home and three days in the community, providing an excellent work-life balance while remaining closely connected to children, families and clinical teams...
